Condos by Maverick is the licensed builder for  Bella LP, a real estate investment company.

 Along with partners and investors, Condos by Maverick is set to acquire unique 3-6 acre’s parcel in selected demographics. Condos by Maverick and Bella LP specialize in high ROI within the Southern California’s Condo Communities.

This process represents the average time required for such a project in California., from start to finish our approximate time for each stage is scrutinized  discussed and calculated for a proper scheduled.

Bella LP predicts a high volume of Deposits before we even break ground, for “Condos By Maverick” considering the selling price range, square footage, and low HOA fees, Out team led by 35 year Real Estate Broker Veteran, Megan Root she believes that with the housing crisis in California, it may highly result in fast sales and a possible bidding war, which is great for all Investors involved.

we have a no pre-payment penalties  clause for this reason.

 

As a builder here in San Diego, my experience tells me that with good people, a good plan and good weather, we should be nearing the halfway point at 2.25 years – 2.75 years mark + -. Bella LP predicts that the first year will be focused on paper work, demolition and land design. 1.50 years – 2nd years began building, and selling by middle of years 2.

2.75 – 3.00 years we should be at or nearing the 60 %  point of closed Escrows.  Year 3, is more building and selling, towards the end of 3rd years and the beginning of the  4th year we start to wrap up all sales and the closing of remaining escrows.

Our goal, once again, is to offer the highest ROI for  our Investors as well as value to our new home owners.  

Investor’s choice and responsibility. Condos By Maverick/ Bella LP offer’s each Investor to be named as a  beneficiary throughout there contract, ie; land, deeds, insurances, materials.

Surety bond; is an added expense solely responsible by the investor privately, again, all Investors  are named on all deed’s, trust and insurances for the duration of their contract with Bella LP and Condos By Maverick (DBA).
