As a builder here in San Diego, my experience tells me that with good people, a good plan and good weather, we should be nearing the halfway point at 2.25 years – 2.75 years mark + -. Bella LP predicts that the first year will be focused on paper work, demolition and land design. 1.50 years – 2nd years began building, and selling by middle of years 2.
2.75 – 3.00 years we should be at or nearing the 60 % point of closed Escrows. Year 3, is more building and selling, towards the end of 3rd years and the beginning of the 4th year we start to wrap up all sales and the closing of remaining escrows.
Our goal, once again, is to offer the highest ROI for our Investors as well as value to our new home owners.
